I have designed 3 types of guitar/bass tube amplifiers. Ill be more specific later. Here is a pic of printed circuit boards. Soon more….
Working on a new guitar preamplifier.
Based on Soldano x88R , with some Hiwatt stuff and a EF86 stage.
Sofamp 2203 is a vacuum tube miniamp with Marshall 2203 pre-amplifier clone and a SE power amplifier.
Preamp – 2x 6N2P-EV.
Poweramp – 6P6S.
Brick 424 is a patchable mini semi-modular synth.
VCO – saw and square out. 2 CV in and PW.
2 x LFO – One with CV contro. saw & square.
White Noise out.
One A/R envelope.
Dirty sounding vibrato/tremolo/delay pedal.
Utilize the pt2399 chip.
One LFO to alter Pitch/Delay time or Volume.
This is the devilS Yell, the “all mighty phunky scratching device”
I mostly use it for tryin to scratch kool rythm thingies,
but you can use it for whatever wierd soundz you can imagine ;P
Minimaeen is a little analogue bass/effect synth, with very kool sound tweaking abilities.
Built around 2 Philips NE5517. Its oscillator has selectable square and triangle wave output. Diode ladder filter with it’s screaming cutoff and resonance, makes tweaking a joy.
Minimaeen has a low frequency oscillator that can be routed to the voltage controlled oscillator or the filter cutoff.
The envelope can be trigged by pulse or a push-button on the panel controlling the voltage controlled amplifier or/and cutoff frequency. Continue reading Minimaeen 424
